Resurrection Lifestyle Blog

Before I write this… I PROMISE… I am in a GOOD MOOD. Have you ever thought about all the movies that have dead people walking around like zombies? I am not a fan, but I think it is a prophetic insight to what God is speaking to the body right now. I believe God wants to bring resurrection life to the body of Christ (the ecclesia).
Have you ever heard someone say, “I am waiting on the Lord”? I have been guilty of saying these very words from time to time. We pray, we fast, we cry out and there is no answer. It is as if heaven has become closed like brass and we feel as if no direction comes. We wait and wait… Some people never step out into their full potential and destiny God has for them because they are in the continual posture of waiting to hear from heaven. Faith is the substance (confirmation, title, deed- that which already belongs to you) of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen (perceiving as real fact). Hebrews 11:1
Where are the morals and standards we were raised with? What has happened to right and wrong? Why has good become bad and bad become good? There has been a major shift in moral standards in the past few years not only in the culture but also within the church. This is the generation we live in…
I believe we are in a season where God wants the church to be more than just pews and pulpits. People continue to set in pews and pastor’s continue to speak from pulpits and our altars are empty. They hear the same sermons week after week but do nothing to change the culture around them. […]
Yesterday was a good day. As I was speaking with Karen, in the Spirit I saw the Lord smiling at her. You see, God takes delight in her just as He takes delight in you. Why? Because you are unique and His creation in progress. When He spoke the world’s into being He said “it is good.” He delighted in everything He had fashioned. He is pleased as He moves us from Glory to Glory! When I looked at my beautiful wife, I thought about God delighting in her, when I spoke what the Lord said about her, she was humbled to the lowest degree. I saw joy warm her heart as she heard the encouraging word from the Lord.
