Holy Spirit Encounter – Pennsylvania

Tonight is the last night of our Pennsylvania “Holy Spirit Encounter” tour of Hollidaysburg, Juniata, Bedford, and McConnellsburg. I am excited to be flying back home so be with my beautiful wife( Karen )and family.

It has been truly amazing! We have seen so many lives touched by the power of the Holy Spirit. People have been overwhelmed as Gods grace through preaching and teaching has impacted the young an old. Miracles, signs, and wonders have truly been displayed among us as evidence of Jesus Kingdom being present.

The people have been amazing- they remind me so much of the people from Tennessee/Kentucky; so gracious and kind (Truly the SALT OF THE EARTH).

We have had over 150 touched by the power of God; Filled with Spirit-healed-experienced the miraculous hand of Jesus. It has been more than any words can express; I’m am truly in awe and speechless of the manifest presence of God which has been among us. Scriptures Luke 6:19, Acts 2:4 have become a reality among us.

Continue to keep us in prayer as we do the “work of an evangelist”(2 Timothy 4:5)!

Blessings,

The Coming Renaissance

 The Coming Renaissance
There is just not a revival coming. . . There is a Renaissance coming! Renaissance means “rebirth”… we are now going through labor pains as a culture and Bride of Christ. We are about to see the greatest move of God the world has ever known.

God is going to pour out his Spirit as we have never seen before.

Judgment has already taken place, it took place as God poured out his wrath upon Jesus and the whole world was judged. Now we are to position ourselves for blessing and live according to His Word. When individuals do not live according to the law of the Spirit in Messiah, Jesus they bring judgement as they continue to practice lawlessness.

Therefore let us seek His presence not living in fear and confusion. But let us live in power demonstration of His love to who ever come in contact with. Let us walk after the Spirit and not after the flesh.

Blessings will come!

Blessings,

Ric

The SHEKINAH

The SHEKINAH

God is desiring to come and be among us – The word Shekinah was used as a word by rabbis and priests to substitute saying the name of God. In the OT – SHEKINAH was HIS manifest glory when He was in the tabernacle / temple. Those who were present to experience the Shekinah felt HIS weighted presence would fall and go into the Spirit realm in awe of HIS splendor and glory.

It is an exciting time-

The world is pushing hard and it seems we are moving to toward the book of “Revelation” as chaotic end time Biblical events are now taking place. These distressful events will cause multitudes to WAKE UP & will force many to turn and run into the arms of Jesus; while those who are rebellious will harden their hearts even more. As multitudes repent and come to Him, HIS manifest presence is going to be so overwhelming to the masses. His SHEKINAH will be tangible as He presses in to be with many to prove to them HE is real and they experience the power of the cross and will be empowered with the Holy Spirit.

I AM READY!
I desire more of Jesus!
I am tired of empty religion and empty buildings.
I am tired of empty sermons echoing in the hearts of empty people.
I want to SEE and EXPERIENCE HIM!
I desire to feel HIS weighted glory touch the hearts of many.

Are you ready?

More of you God!
More of you Jesus!
More of you Holy Spirit!

MORE!

Blessings,

Ric

Wheat Among the Tares

After pastoring for many years, I noticed there were always the problematic people who continued to cause disruptions and conflict within the congregations I pastored.  They were always in opposition to the gospel – dogmatic, manipulative, and had a controlling spirit trying to ensure the church environment/atmosphere was suiting to their own carnal desires.  It was and has always been my desire to create an atmosphere of heaven on earth. Therefore, the Kingdom of Heaven and kingdom carnality were always in conflict.

We read in Scripture Jesus speaking about the wheat and the tares;

Matthew 13:24–30 (NKJV):

24 Another parable He put forth to them, saying: “The kingdom of heaven is like a man who sowed good seed in his field; 25 but while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat and went his way. 26 But when the grain had sprouted and produced a crop, then the tares also appeared. 27 So the servants of the owner came and said to him, ‘Sir, did you not sow good seed in your field? How then does it have tares?’ 28 He said to them, ‘An enemy has done this.’ The servants said to him, ‘Do you want us then to go and gather them up?’ 29 But he said, ‘No, lest while you gather up the tares you also uproot the wheat with them. 30 Let both grow together until the harvest, and at the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, “First gather together the tares and bind them in bundles to burn them, but gather the wheat into my barn.”

Jesus let us know the good and bad will have to grow together while in the field and cannot be uprooted until the harvest had fully ripened.   I believe we are living in the time where the wheat is ripe and ready.   However, it is time for the harvesters to WAKE up!   Jesus said in Luke 10:2, “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few.” The word “FEW” actually means WEAK/PUNY.  Why have we allowed ourselves to become weak and puny in these last hours before the Lord’s return?  I believe many have lost hope.

Proverbs 13:12 says,”Hope deferred makes the heart sick, But when the desire comes, it is a tree of life.”

Many are heart sick because they see the wars and rumors of war, the pestilence, pandemics, and famine (lack of food).  We are told to stay in our homes and as a result only 48% of the American church attenders returned back to worship.   Many are still at home because they are heart sick and weak.   I have spoken to many pastors who are concerned because many have chosen not to return and assemble together in the presence of the Lord.  We must GAIN HOPE and STRENGTH knowing the fruit (wheat) is ripe/white and hanging and ready to be gathered.

The sickle is in the hand of Jesus ready to separate the wheat from the chaff.   He is ready to burn up and consume all that is not of Him and place in the barn the plentiful harvest.

No matter what is going on around us with the government, church religious structures, the systems of the world we must keep our eyes on the throne.   As we look to Him, He will make us strong to where we are ready to preach to the fields in power and strength (not weakness). We will see a great harvest before the return of JESUS!

Even though all the world is falling apart, I chose to live a RESURRECTION LIFESTYLE,

Blessings, Ric

Looking for The Old Paths

“Thus says the Lord: “Stand in the ways and see, And ask for the old paths, where the good way is, And walk in it; Then you will find rest for your souls. But they said, ‘We will not walk in it.'”
‭‭Jeremiah‬ ‭6:16‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Sunday, A.M., May 5 Preached in St. Anne’s. Was asked not to come back anymore.

Sunday, P.M., May 5 Preached in St. John’s. Deacons said “Get out and stay out.”

Sunday, A.M., May 19 Preached in St. Somebody Else’s. Deacons called special meeting and said I couldn’t return.

Sunday, P.M., May 19 Preached on street. Kicked off street.

Sunday, A.M., May 26 Preached in meadow. Chased out of meadow as bull was turned loose during service.

Sunday, A.M., June 2 Preached out at the edge of town. Kicked off the highway.

Sunday, P.M., June 2 Afternoon, preached in a pasture. Ten thousand people came out to hear me.

From the diary of John Wesley.

What has happened to the ministers of today who trying to please the people in the pews rather than Jesus who is on the THRONE?   Why is it we seem to be dormant- it is time for us to walk in the old paths of believers who were willing to do what it took to preach the gospel in the midst of persecution and opposition. We need “FIRE” in our hearts to come forth with passion and to be ignited by HOLY SPIRIT to reach this chaotic world for Jesus.

Maxie Dunham, who was President of Asbury Theological seminary when I attended in 1996 said, “I am envious of this graduating class.   Your class will be a group which sees signs, miracles, and wonders. Why do I say this?  Because the world is getting darker.   As the world gets darker God’s grace increases and His light gets brighter.”   I believe this statement is truer now than ever.   We should not walk in discouragement but should be a rising generation who are seeking the “old paths” and seeing God move in old and new ways.

Here I am LORD!   Use me!   I long for the “Old Paths” and pray for your Holy Spirit to move to bring renewal and revival across this land and around the world.   Who will join me in this prayer?

Praying for the “Old Paths” and Revival.

Blessings,

Ric
